Columbus, Ga.–TSYS (NYSE: TSS) today announced that it has signed a long-term agreement with First Hawaiian Bank to provide issuer processing services for the bank’s consumer and commercial card portfolios. First Hawaiian Bank is Hawaii’s largest bank.

As part of the agreement, TSYS will continue to provide First Hawaiian Bank with additional services such as fraud prevention, risk management and customer support.

Financial terms of the long-term agreement were not disclosed.
