RFQ FOr the Oakland Municipal Identification/Stored Value Card
Program Description: The City of Oakland is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors and service providers who are able to provide or utilize their own systems to produce and distribute customized and secured Oakland Municipal Identification Cards with the capacity to facilitate certain payment functions and possibly interface with some of the existing City of Oakland systems.
