Mr. Bray Becker has 20 years of information systems technology management and implementation experience, including four years in the identity assurance and identity management industry, serving both the global Fortune 500 and US federal government markets.

As a senior manager at Lockheed Martin Transportation and Security Solutions, Mr. Becker’s current emphasis is credentialing and identity management. In this role, Mr. Becker assists in driving identity management strategy and capture activities in multiple US markets. He has also applied his skills to other programs of company focus, including the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) initiative. The company’s biometric expertise includes designing, developing and maintaining the FBI’s Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) and acting as lead systems integrator for Verified Identity Pass’ Registered Traveler program.

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Becker served as Director of Credential Management Products for ActivIdentity Corp., a global provider of identity assurance solutions for enterprises, governments, healthcare and financial services. Mr. Becker joined ActivIdentity in 2003 and was ultimately responsible for the product strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans worldwide for the credential and card management product line of ActivIdentity products. Specifically, Mr. Becker led the definition and execution of the ActivIdentity Card Management System FIPS201 PIV implementation surrounding the HSPD-12 initiative with the company’s US federal government customers.

Mr. Becker also served as president of Blacksmith Inc., a private professional services software development firm in Northern Virginia specializing in enterprise custom application development. In this role, Mr. Becker led Blacksmith from a small startup to an $8 million per year software technology company with more than 60 employees. Mr. Becker has also previously served in program management positions with General Dynamics AIS, where he led software development and integration projects for US intelligence agencies and the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Becker served as a captain in the United States Air Force, where he negotiated acquisition contracts on behalf of the US Government for the space-based Global Positioning System (GPS) Program Office.

Mr. Becker holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He also holds CISSP and PMP certifications.
